Foreign caregivers who learned care in Japan are a true treasure for Japan. Their careers shouldn’t end when they go home — MEDRiNG is building a circulation of care talent that links Asia and Japan.
That is MEDRiNG KAIGO Academy. Our learning app, MEDRiNG Study, helps them pass the national Certified Care Worker exam while still in Japan. And even if they fail and return home, they can keep working and relearning at Japanese-style facilities in Asia equipped with our care DX, MEDRiNG Care.

For real estate developers and others in Indonesia, Vietnam and beyond: Japanese-style care operations, delivered by caregivers trained in Japan with MEDRiNG Study and MEDRiNG Care.

Aim to pass the Certified Care Worker exam with MEDRiNG Study. Even after going home, you can work, keep learning and return to Japan.

Helping your foreign staff pass the exam, re-employment and relearning after they go home, and taking part as a co-owner of our facilities in Asia.
MEDRiNG Study helps people pass the exam; MEDRiNG Care turns facilities in Asia into a place to work and relearn. Together they keep the foreign care talent Japan has trained from being lost — and bring them back to Japan if they do leave — while exporting Japanese-style care. Together, the two make up MEDRiNG’s business: MEDRiNG KAIGO Academy.

An education system through which foreign care workers keep preparing for Japan’s national Care Worker exam — through their contracted company while in Japan, and while working locally after returning home — aiming to pass and work in Japan. Study history updates in real time, forming a living database that care operators and others can browse.

A DX system that brings Japanese-style records, handovers and quality management to care facilities across Asia. Japanese-style care talent who return home work and relearn at facilities that use MEDRiNG Care — keeping their skills sharp after leaving Japan. We are expanding both our own facilities and Japanese-style partner facilities that adopt MEDRiNG Care across Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.
We ran local clinics in Vietnam and Indonesia and built our own cloud electronic health record, “MEDi”, used at more than 100 facilities.
Our feasibility study on an ASEAN–Japan care-talent circulation platform (Indonesia & Vietnam) was selected for METI’s Global South program and completed in August 2026.
