Our goal is to build a platform for the circulation of foreign nursing care workers between Asia and Japan. We will create a semi-permanent career path for experienced foreign nursing care workers, allowing them to work freely in Japan, supporting their employment and retraining after returning to their home countries, and then returning to Japan again.
